Can I return or exchange a product?

Exchange Policy and Conditions:
Books with printing defects will be exchanged immediately at no cost to the customer, provided that:

A. The customer contacts the support team, provides a photo of the issue, and attaches the order invoice. If the book is unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded.
B. No more than 24 hours have passed since the product was received. The period is calculated from the time of delivery.
C. The book must be in its original condition and unused.
